Last night our friends, Anne and Peter, came over to watch the Magic game and they were so nice to bring a delicious chocolate cake for Nick.
Nick wanted to celebrate his birthday today at Epcot. It was a beautiful day although at times it was really hot. The park was not as crowded as we were expecting. We had a great time and took good pictures. Our special mission was to "race around the world". In preparation for the Cars 2 movie that comes out in May, Epcot is hosting different Cars themed activities for kids. Today we did the race around the world. We picked up our "passport" and had to visit various countries to pick up stickers for the cars from that country that will be featured in this movie. Once we collected all 6 stickers, we returned to get our prize- a button that says, "Winner of the Race Around the World". Gavin really enjoyed going to the little stations and asking for his stickers.

It was such a great day. Nick was craving the Canadian cheddar soup so we had lunch there and it did not disappoint. The soup was more "potent" than we remembered but we ordered a side of the baked mac n cheese for Gavin and this was the best mac n cheese I think I've ever had. It was delicious. We are also in love with their pretzel bread--which we "stole" the last batch in napkins! We were too full but I couldn't bear the thought of it being thrown away.
To many more years of happiness, Happy 32nd birthday Nick!
